The Bird Hitch
Has anyone seen this yet. It seems like a great way to breast ducks & geese in short order. I'm considering ordering it, since I only breast out ducks & geese in the early season, but towards the end of the year when they are fat & no more pin feathers I'll take the time to clean them for the roasting pan.
